Mill Lodge -
Once availability has been checked by a Mill lodge representative a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming a provisional booking. Your booking will be made permanent once the deposit fee is received.
Mill Lodge Deposit Fee -

Accommodation costs and deposit may be paid using the following methods:

Please note: Full payment must be received four weeks prior to commencement of your stay with us
If payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to reallocate your booking.

The following terms and conditions will apply to your booking:
In the event of your stay being reduced refunds cannot be given for any unused nights.
Clients hiring Mill lodge are responsible for the cleanliness of the lodge interior and for any breakages. On departure if the lodge is not left clean to an acceptable standard then a £50.00 charge will be made to cover additional cleaning costs.
There is a refundable £100.00 Security Deposit payable in cash on day of arrival. The Security Deposit is fully refundable once the Lodge has been checked to ensure that it is in the same condition as it was let out to you. The hirer should be aware that the security deposit will be used to fund any loss or damage what so ever to equipment, fixtures and fittings. If damages exceed the amount of damage deposit then the client will be liable to pay all additional costs.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any responsibility for physical injuries, sickness, loss or damage to personal property however sustained to any guest whilst renting the Lodge. We strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance from a reputable company before travel and also to ensure that the Lodge is secure before going out.
Use of the hot tub is entirely at your own risk.
